We collect the details you provide voluntarily: name, phone, WhatsApp, email, pickup and destination addresses, move date, property type and any notes you share about your relocation. We may collect anonymous analytics such as pages visited and referring source.

How we use it

We use your information solely to prepare your quote, confirm your booking, coordinate your move, follow up for service quality, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Storage & security

Customer details are stored in access-controlled systems. Physical inventory sheets are stored securely and shredded once a job's warranty period ends.
