Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Moving Forward Packers & Movers. By accepting a written quote or booking a move, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

Verbal quotes are estimates. Only written quotations issued after a site survey are binding. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Bookings & cancellation

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of an advance. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the move date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the advance to cover scheduled crew and vehicle.

Liability

We handle every item with professional care. Standard liability applies to items packed by our crew. Optional full-value transit insurance is available and must be arranged before the move date.

Prohibited items

We do not transport hazardous chemicals, flammable liquids, firearms, or perishables unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments.
